AQSACOM backs the quality and reliability of all systems that it designs, constructs, and supplies. This backing is through 1) the standard warranty following acceptance of the system by the customer, and 2) maintenance services offered by AQSACOM to the customer.
The standard warranty period and coverage varies according to the system delivered, country, and the nature of the installation.
Recurring Maintenance is also offered to the customer after the warranty period expires. For a nominal yearly fee, AQSACOM provides technical support and regular product updates. AQSACOM may also enter into agreed upon Service Level Agreements with the customer to assure support response within a specified time period, on-site or remote service, operational assistance, etc.
AQSACOM offers its warranty and extended support services on a global basis, to any customer, anywhere in the world.
